  • Local orders within The Netherlands take 1-2 business days to be delivered to you and we ship the same business day if you order before 15.00
  • International orders take 2-3 business days to be delivered via DHL (BE), DPD (DE),  and we ship within same business day if you order before 15.00

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery you can contact us trough our contact form. We are more than happy to come with a solution. 
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please ship it back to us to our return address. If possible in original box with the invoice inside. If there is no invoice please note your order number with your return.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. 
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. The refund will be excluding the shipping costs. 
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method within 1-2 workingdays

Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done?

Yes that is possible, please contact our customer service. 

  • Can the jewellery discolour?

It depends per item it it can or can not discolour. We have items that are stainless steel and we have goldplated items. You can see on every product page which material the item is made off 

Stainless steel does not discolour. 

Goldplated items can discolour depending on the customers acidity and also client usage. 

  • If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done?

Please check your email if we made a refund for the missing items. If not please contact our customer service 

  • How do pre orders work? 

Certain items are most wanted which is why we offer pre order for our customers. This way customers can order before the item is restocked to be sure they can buy it. This way we also know if we need more stock or if we have enough for every customer.

Although pre orders have longer delivery, if you have only one pre order in your order your shipping time can be 1 to maximum 2 weeks.
